Since 1984, we officially celebrate America’s favorite dessert – ice cream! President Ronald Reagan thought it was the tastiest food ever. He thought everyone should enjoy and celebrate it, so in 1984, he proclaimed July as “National Ice Cream Month”. We also have a National Ice Cream Day which is celebrated each year on the third Sunday of July.
